As CAD technology has evolved, customer expectations have risen. Three-dimensional
computer modeling can deliver precise, geometric models and photorealistic representations,
which can be used to better communicate design intent, evaluate design variations, and
optimise plans in the early phases of projects. This includes, but is not limited to high
end rendering, fly-through movies and animation.
